I need DSLR camera for capturing picture and perfect video

I'm 25 year old, male from India.
i'm not professional even though I love to have DSLR camera.

My budget is around $ 1200 to $ 1400!
Could you please help me to find a suitable best DSLR camera around this amount.
In my mind. Nikon D7100 is perfect? What you think?
