While adapters are available, Nikon's narrow lens throat means that the adapter needs a correction lens, which will turn it into a 75mm f2.4 with neither autofocus nor metering - I wouldn't waste money on it.
Flog it to someone who owns a Sony DSLR or SLT and put the proceeds towards a Nikon lens, which will work.

Do not expect that any adapter will give you the practicality and the image quality which that lens gave you on a Minolta film SLR.
Either sell the lens, or buy a Sony DSLR, on which the Minolta lens will work without any adaptor.
