Stick it in the hot shoe and lock it.
You'll have to set your synch speed manually (check your manual), and you'll have to work out the range using aperture and guide number.
This flash has neither TTL compatibility (a difficult work-around, but not impossible) nor auto modes (you set aperture, and the flash shuts off when the subject is sufficiently illuminated), and I'd say is completely unsuitable for inexperienced users.
Neewer? Slide the flash foot to the camera's hot shoe.
If it came with a stand then of course, you would have to remove that one first!
