I have a Nikon 3100 but i need a lens?

I'm a dentist i need to take pic of my patents tooth… Where can i get a good ring flash and a nice macro lens…
I'm on a tight budget… For lens i can spend any were around 5k but if there's a cheaper alternative please let me knw

You might be better off with a Dental USB camera, one that you can connect to the computer and insert in your patient's mouth.

Well… To be honest you don't need a macro lens, there are some DIY tricks, using them you can get excellent quality macro shots, tricks such as using extension tubes, or using the lens upside down. Here is a video example of what you can do without spending anything:
