How to turn off the focusing lamp?

I recently bought a Nikon D5200 and I love it, but I can't figure out how to turn off the focusing lamp when I take a picture.

What you need to know is that once you turn off the focus assist lamp, you will not be able to auto-focus in low light.
If there's enough light for the camera to focus without using the auto-focus lamp, it will not flash
