How do I transfer pictures from internal memory in a nikon s3600?

I don't have that camera, but usually the function to copy from camera memory to the card is in the Playback menu.

If the camera does not an option to copy from internal memory to memory card, connect the camera to the computer using the supplied USB cable then use Windows Explorer or (Mac) Finder to do the copying. If your computer does not recognize the camera, try another computer.

Press playback button, Menu button, select Copy, OK button. Select Camera to Card, OK button. Select All, OK button.
