How to take night shots with a Nikon N65 (SLR)?

This camera is not digital. My photography teacher told us to use the "Bulb" setting, but this camera doesn't have one. I don't want to use the Auto setting and we're not allowed to use flash.
How can I take night shots with this camera if I don't have a "Bulb" or "Time" setting?

Since this is obviously for a grade I'd suggest you do some real research instead of asking us.
Go here for an article on time exposure.

Actually you do have a "time" setting. It is only available in the Manual mode.
