How to do multiple exposures on a Nikon N65?

I have a Nikon N65 SLR camera and I'm trying to figure out how to do a double exposure.

I know that I have to use the exposure compensation button to compensate for the over-exposure that would occur. My main problem is that I do not know how to rewind a single frame… Or to keep the film from advancing so I can expose a single frame twice.

According to page 64 of the instruction manual, there's a multiple-exposure setting on the N65.

Here's a link to a pdf of the owners manual:

On older cameras, there was a trick of pressing the rewind button (on the bottom of the camera) while ratcheting the film advance forward. This trick worked sometimes, and not other times. If the camera actually has a multiple exposure function, it is much better to use that approach than to play around with manually recocking the shutter while trying to prevent the film from advancing.
