Good Camera with fast shutter, wide angle lens, and tilting screen?

I'm looking for a camera around 100-150 that has a fast shutter, wide angle lens, and tilting screen.preferably a nikon, what is a good camera to get with these? Am i setting my hopes too high?

Frankly you don't have enough money for all those things. Tilting screen, Camera = $600 or so.
Wide angle lens - add that to the $600 camera for a few hundred more. Fast shutter, a dslr is the only answer, at least $600.

In my opinion, you must purchase the samsung pl120 which Even I also Have. It has a wide angle and a very good screen and cost is very less. Its the best in my opinion…
