Good Camera for under $200?

I want a really good camera, so like good zoom, clarity, focus, for up close and candid photos.preferably Cannon or Nikon for under $200 or a little over.

The Nikon Coolpix S8100 would be a good choice at about $230, as would the Canon PowerShot SD940 IS ELPH at around $200 or the Canon PowerShot SX130 IS at about $200. Check them out and be sure to buy from a reputable dealer.
