Which lens is better, Nikon PC-E 45mm or the PC-E 24mm?

For my birthday, I'm considering to buy a perspective control Nikon lens, but just for normal photography like to play around. I own a d700. I can't decide between the PC-E 45mm or the PC-E 24mm which one do you think is better? I already have a Nikon 20mm f/2.8 and a Nikon 50mm f/1.4 and I use the 50mm more frequently.

If it's just to play around, it doesn't matter which one you get; I'd get the 2.8 just for that fact - the price difference between the two is negligible anyway.
If you have a specific need for a PC, then it would be much simpler to decide on which one to get.

The effect would be more appreciated with a wider angle lens. I suggest you get the 24mm.

You should go with Nikon 45mm f/2.8D ED PC-E Micro Nikkor Lens

Revolves 90 degrees in either direction; built using Extra-low Dispersion glass elements
Rounded 9-blade diaphragm; measures 3.2 inches in diameter and 4.4 inches long
