Which camera is good, canon 50d, canon 550d, or nikon d200?
I like buy a dslr cam, canon 50d, canon 550d, or nikon d200, which one of these is better?
All are good. All are basically the same. If you are buying secondhand, test all and select the one in the best looking and working condition for obvious reasons. If brand new, get the most expensive. It will make shooting easier with more range of controls and easier access to those controls. Of course all of these will only matter if you know how to use a dSLR. If not, whatever you get, you will end up with pictures that look like they were taken with a much cheaper camera. To take full advantage of a dSLR, you have to learn photography.
The Canon 50D is a semi-professional camera, but has been replaced by the 60D (but less robust)
The Canon 550D is an entry level camera, replaced by the 600D, 650D and now 700D, so it is a little older, yet its sensor performs as well as the other three.
The Nikon D200 is Nikon's pro APS-C sensor but it is also older, having been replaced by the D300 five years ago.
My guess is that you are looking at cameras that fit within your specific budget.
Frankly the Nikon D300 is well worth saving the extra pennies to buy.
Samples from the D300.html? Sort=3&o=14.html? Sort=3&o=20
Of the three, none of them perform especially well in low light. The D300, as you can see does very well in low light
Sony a65 is the most bang for your buck! 24.3 megapixel sensor with 10 frames per second burst with continuous AF. No competitor can do that… With many lenses to choose from like the best Lens brand Zeiss. And ultimate image quality and reliability.
