What camera lens is affordable out of these choices?

So, my friend asked me for advice on buying lenses for a dSLR. Specifically for a Nikon d300. He wants a tilt shift, a fish eye lens, or a wide angle lens. Of course he did a bit of research and found that a tilt shift can range for $200-2000.
Would someone list some good lenses out of those categories at an affordable price for the Nikon d300? I'd be most grateful.

Here is a list of all the current lenses available from Nikon

As you see, what you are calling "tilt-shift" are called perspective control lenses
The 10.5 mm is the only fisheye made for the D300
A wide angle lens could be a 10-24 mm, 12-24 mm zooms or 14 mm prime lens

Affordable ones are low in price. You can compare them to the higher priced ones and make a good guess on how far the quality of the cheapest lens has. Depending on your situation, you may want to get a slightly better lens on a relatively higher price range. Remember in photography, you get exactly what you paid for.
