Pro DSLR user, leave comments here! (about lens and body)?
Well I got the Nikon d7000 body with mbd11 grip, 50 f/1.8, and 55-200 vr zoom
I had some scenario here:
1. Buy Nikon 70-200 f/2.8 VR 1, sell the 55-200 vr
2. Buy the Nikon 24-70 f/2.8
3. Wait for the D800, sell d7000+grip, and also sell the 55-200vr, use only 50 1.8 for a while
which one you recommend and why?
I run no photography business, just taking photos for hobby
Actually I would suggest you keep the amazing D7000 and buy a 18-200 mm lens. This will give you a great one lens solution.
It seems from your choices that you do not know exactly what any of those focal lengths actually do for you.
Take a look at this link to see what each focal length "sees"

Based upon that site, pick out the lenses YOU need to shoot the subjects you love shooting.
What would the D800 give you that the D7000 hasn't? Upgrading cameras is usually down to the inability of the photographer rather than the equipment…
of course, the same question could be posed about the lens… The D7000 isn't an old camera, so you can't have had it long… Seems that you are just wanting to buy things for the sake of buying them… Save your money and work harder on your hobby to get things right…
