Nikon Tethering Software

I'm using Nikon's Camera Control Pro 2 and tethering it with my Nikon D2H and live view is disabled on the software, How can I use live view on the software? Yes I know the Nikon D2H does not have the live view mode on the camera its self, is that why?

Live view in the program probably does require that your camera has live view.

I have used Lightroom 3 when using tethering, but it is such a hassle, I don't use tethering, nor live view. Both slow down my shooting rhythm when shooting fashion
