Nikon D3s vs the new D4?

Is it worth upgrading from the d3s to the d4? The only difference seems a few more megapixels and i like the d3s for it's great low light sensitivity cuz of low amount of pixels stretched out over a full frame sensor.

This comparison suggests some of the advantages over the D3s.

If none of these are compelling to you, keep your D3s. It's a fine camera.

The D3s is such a fine workhorse under low light conditions, there's really no compelling reason to buy the D4 unless you are for some reason you want to try out the uncompressed video feature.

The D4 has the newest high speed auto focus scheme, a new image processor, a colour array filter and a new environmentally correct Li-ion under Japanese law. Those using a combination of D300, D300s, D700, D3, D3s and/or D3X can use the identical batteries - EN-EL4a (using the MB-D10 battery grip on the D300, D300s and D700).
