Is the 1 Nikkor 10-30mm f/3.5-5.6 VR lens ok for Nikon D200?

No. For the Nikon 1 lenses the distance from the lens mount to the focal plane is shorter than with the Nikon F lenses. So there can be no adapter to use Nikon 1 lenses on Nikon DSLR's. They can adapt the Nikon F lenses to work on the Nikon 1 cameras.
