Is it worth buying a well looked after Nikon D200 (Average price about£320)?
I have seen well looked after Nikon D200 cameras for around £320 (ish) Body only
My question is… Are these a good buy for the money.
Camera out of 2006 but it being a DSLR that isn't meaning it's bad. DSLR"s are build to last.
10 Mpixels Fine enough rest of specs are okay.
Image quality looks good
Not bad you have to remember that you need to put in your budget the money to buy a lens. A DSLR doesn't makes pictures without a lens.
I like it if the price is right mmm maybe you can knock it down a little bit more depending on the market. And do remember you need to buy at least one lens to actually make use of the camera. So yeah I don't see problems it is a very nice camera for what I see.
Yes - the D200 is an excellent camera from the Nikon lineup.
A step up from the D100 in terms of build and in terms of spec, certainly faster processing. Nothing wrong with it at all, and certainly nicer to use than a D3100 (new for the same money, but with cheap pentamirror finder -D200 is pentaprism- and sketchy compatability with AF-D or older Ai lenses -D200 works fine with older MF lenses) although the images will be similar.
