How to take the lense off a nikon d300?

I've just got a Nikon d300 and i was wondering how to take the lense off.

Lens changing.
1.power off the camera
2.grab the camera in your left hand in such a way that your index finger lands on the lens changing button. If you look at your camera from the front it's the button at approximately 3 o clock below the D300 badge next to the lens.
3.press and hold the button and grab the lens in your right hand and rotate clockwise as far as it will go.
4.remove the lens. Insert another lens or the body cap to prevent dust from entering the camera.

Now, since the D300 is a very complicated piece of kit… I don't think you can avoid reading the manual.
