Good Price for Nikon Set-Up?

Also extras such as battery, charger, shutter release cord, Tamrac Pro bag, stand for SB-800, CF cards.

They are asking $1000 obo.
Is this a good price for a nice set of good working equipment?
If not, what's an ideal obo price I could offer?

If it all works and the lenses are in good shape, it seems to be an alright price

The SB-24 and AF 70-300 G are worth about $70 used… Total

If you had a nice D3 or older F4, the 24 mm would be a great lens, but when used on a D200, it is not much better than a normal lens.

The batteries and chargers are NOT extras, but part of the package as is the stand for the SB-800

Offer $800 and see what happens
