2X Converter For Nikon D2H?

Where can I find a cheap 2X converter for a Nikon D2H if you say Ebay please link me to the auction, I have been looking so maybe I missed one
Added (1). I'm using a Tamron 28-80mm lens

Unless you are attaching the right lens to the 2x Teleconverter, it does not matter which Nikon dSLR you have, it may not do what you want
Here is a link to the Nikkor 2x and it lists the lenses which it is compatible

Look on page 15 of the manual
A generic 2x converter will have even less compatibility

Feeling absolutely lazy today? Just typing "Nikon 2X converter" in eBay's search box yielded 122 results. Here's one sample you have missed.

You have a D2H and you want a 'cheap' (and by implication low quality) converter? Crazy. Sell the camera, get a D300 and get some good lenses with the difference in price.
