Would these lenses work with my Nikon D3000?

I have a Nikon D3000 and I was wondering if these lenses are fully compatible with my camera. I'm pretty shure these lenses would work with my camera, but the auto focus feature is the one that I'm most concerned about. Here are the two lenses Tamron AF 70-300mm f/4.0-5.6 Di LD Macro Zoom Lens with Built In Motor for Nikon Digital SLR and Sigma 70-300mm f/4-5.6 SLD DG Macro Lens with built in motor for Nikon Digital SLR Cameras.
