Yes, but you should buy multiple 8GB cards… If you buy one large card, and it becomes corrupt or lost or whatever, you're sunk.

I'm with Taylor, one big card can be a problem if it fails, two or three smaller ones allow backup - and putting your photos onto your computer at the end of each shooting day makes sense.
Don't worry about capacity, even an 8GB card can store thousands of images.

Yup, you can but I agree, if the card is to big and you lose it or becomes corrupted then that $50 goes down the drain. You should get an 8gb at most. But yes you can use that
