Will this lens work with my Nikon?

I have a Nikon D5000 and I was wondering if this lens would work with my camera?

Yes, it will work just fine on your camera. I'd advise against it though. It's a slow unstabilized telephoto lens, and as such you will have a hard time obtaining the necessary shutter speeds for handheld shooting in anything but bright sunlight.
Also, the optical performance is questionable.
Get the Nikkor 55-200mm VR or 55-300mm VR instead. More expensive, but also much better. Be aware that the Nikkor lenses also exist in a version without VR. Definitely get the version with VR.

With Built-In Motor it says on the page. So, yes, it will work. You get what you pay for though

Key line: "With Built-In Motor" that will work with AF function.
However lenses like these are as good as useless. I suggest invest in either the AF-S Nikkor 70-300mm 4.5-5.6G VR ED or the Tamron 70-300mm f4-5.6 SP Di LD USD.
