Will this lens work on my Nikon DSLR?

I own a Nikon D5000 and I saw a GN-Nikkor 45mm f/2.8 for sale and I'm looking to buy it. The only dilemma I have is if it will work on my DSLR. It is a 1969 non-AI lens. The picture shows that it has an aperture coupling prong on it. But it has also a spare AI ring on it, which confuses me.

Based on this chart it will mount but neither autofocus not meter:

I'd advise against buying that lens unless you get it extremely cheap. Not having autofocus often isn't a biggie, but finding the correct exposure by rules-of-thumb or trial and error is a pain.

A lot of these were converted to Ai. Your D5000 is supposed to take non-ai lenses without damaging the camera.
