Will Nikkor 28-300mm f3.5 work for Nikon D7000?
If I use it with Nikon D7000, what will be the problem?

Yes it it will fine with the 7000… BUT

Accouting for the 1.5X crop factor of your camera, (at 28mm) that lens gives you the field of view of a 42-450mm… Having 42mm as your widest-angle would be quite limiting.
