Will battery grips for nikon d80 and d90 work on a d5000?

I want a high quality battery grip, and i've noticed the best ones are for d0 and d80. Will they work on a d5000? I no, recomandations? Please mind i don't live in the states.

As a rule, entry level cameras like the D5000 do not accept battery grips.

You may be able to find an after market battery grip, but they have some wiring you will need to contend with since the power must enter the camera through the AC adapter port

You will have to look at the next level up if you want a Nikon battery grip for your dSLR
