Which slr camera to pick?

I'm looking at the nikon d3100, Canon eps rebel t1i or the canon eso rebel t2i. Can't make up my mind.

If it were me it'd be the Canon T2i. They are all great cameras. The T2i is Canon which is my preference and the newest sensor technology

Well I own a Nikon D3100, along with many other Nikon DSLR's, and I can say you'd be VERY happy with the D3100! I originally chose Nikon as my DSLR brand of choice, because Nikon has HUNDREDS of lenses to choose from! So many choices, and the quality is great. I've always had great customer support when calling them (not for complaints though, never had any problems) and their staff is very friendly.
You'd be very happy with the D3100!

I just purchased my first SLR a few months back, and actually got the T1i, I love it! But I just noticed that the T2i's are on sale in a lot of places, such as best buy and dell. Though, if you are seriously considering buying an SLR you have to consider how long you think you'll use it for and if you'll want to upgrade within the next year to a better camera. Like me, I love my camera, but I really love the Canon 50D as my boyfriend has it and i get to use it. I wish I would've waited and saved up to buy it.

The T1i and T2i are great options for amateur photographers who are familiar with SLR's but are still fairly new

Nikon D3100 is the best bang for your buck right now, Rebel T1i isn't that good and T2i is amazing if you're willing to pay a bit more.

Nikon D3100 is better for you; very easy to use.
