Which one should i choose?

I'm planning to buy my first SLR camera. I'm pretty much confused between Nikon D3100, Canon EOS 1100D and Sony Alpha A37K SLR.
Which one should I Choose.

chose according to quality!
:) i'm not good at chosing, but i'd choose alpha A37k SLR because i love cameras with high quality images ( 16.1 megapixels).
