Which Nikon SLR's video with autofocus motor?

I know the Nikon
D90 + 300s
but what else is there?

Trust me you don't want auto focus during video… It's really bad. Once you have it and find out what's it's really like you'll turn it off and learn to focus manually.

Add D7000 and D7100 for the reasonable price range products. The D90 video feature is not very good compared to more modern cameras like the D7000.
As Jim stated correctly, for once, using autofocus with the follow feature enabled (focuses while shooting) is a horrible thing to do since you get focus pumping. Use autofocus before you start recording, then learn to pull focus manually if needed while recording. The end result is so much nicer and less prone to giving your audience a headache.
