Which lenses is best for sport photos on a Nikon d3000?

Trying to finger out what is the best lenses for sport photo's on a nikon d3000.

The most popular are the AF-S 55-300 mm and AF-S 70-300 mm for your camera NOTE: The Nikkor AF 70-300 mm will not auto-focus with your entry level cameras. Make sure that all the lenses you buy are AF-S lenses
Depending upon your budget, either one will work just fine.
