Which DSLR should I upgrade to? - 1

I have a Nikon D3000 and really need to upgrade it. I'm going to Africa with a 80-400 4.5 Nikon lens, a 50 mm 1.8 Nikkor lens and a 11-16 2.8 Tokina lens.
I would like something that autofocuses with these and has high ISO performance (as well as better quality images, although I know that mostly corresponds to the lens).

Look at the Nikon D7100.It will perform well at high ISO settings and of course can use all three of your lenses
