Which DSLR is best for video? - 1

I'm looking to buy a new camera and i have decided that i want a DSLR. One of the main reasons i want a DSLR is for video, i don't want a video camera since i would still like to be able to take fantastic photos.
I've been looking at a few cameras, such as the Canon 7D, Canon 60D, Canon 650D, Nikon D7000 and possibly the new Canon 700D.
And a Sigma 30mm lens
Are any of these cameras better than each other? Do you have any suggestions?

Cannon T3i is very good for both

The Sony SLT series - a58, a65, a77 and a99 - uses Sony's Translucent Mirror Technology which allows for full-time, continuous, phase-detect auto focus during still or video shooting. Canon doesn't have that technology or ability.

If you are buying your first DSLR then start with an entry-level model. Have a look at the two templates I've linked, as they explain where each camera is positioned in the market. I would recommend a Canon 650D, Canon 600D, Nikon D3200 or Nikon D5200.
All of these cameras will come with a 18-55mm zoom lens so you won't need to buy the Sigma lens just yet. After buying the camera, I strongly suggest taking the time to familiarise yourself with it for a few months before you buy anything else.
Have fun!
