Which camera bag to buy?

I'm looking for a camera bag (preferably a large camera backpack) which could store the following:
Two camera bodies - Nikon D50 and Nikon D90
Three lenses - 18-55mm, 70-300mm and 50mm f/1.8
A few pockets for a remote, filters, cleaning equipment and other accessories could be useful too.

Sony 1

Visit your local camera shop with your gear to try the various bags out.
My favorite is the Pelican PCS152… Http://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/228220-REG/Pelican_PCS152_PCS152_Shoulder_Bag.html It can be converted from backpack to shoulder strap to handle carry in seconds.

This my bag and it's just excellent.
