Where is the cheapest retailer I can get Nikon lenses?
I have a l smaller budget for buying lenses and i have been gawking at the nikon 18-300. Yes I know the 18-300 is very expensive but i figure from reviews i have heard that it is so great that they never even have to change lenses! I may be able to settle for a 55-200 or 55-300 but i still want to get a great deal on them. By the way, how what do you think of the 18-300 on a Nikon D3200?
Another option is the 18-200. It is really not that much different. Yes, the difference between 200 and 300mm is noticeable, but not necessarily significant.
Here is a comparison of the different focal lengths, and you can see for yourself the difference between 200 and 300mm.

Also, you can buy both 18-200 and 18-300mm refurbished at a sizeable discount. I bought my 18-200 refurbished from here and it has worked well for me.

By the way, the 18-200 from the link is the new (current) model.
Look at B&H or Adorama, see what they want for the lens. Any price you find more than a few percent less than that price is guaranteed to be a scam.
Sorry, but lenses cost money. Good lenses cost good money.
The 18-300mm AF-S VR comes at a price in money and weight, and also corner sharpness can be poor in much of its range. Stopped down to f8 the 18-200mm AF-S VR II should show better quality. The new 24MP bodies magnify the deficiencies when viewed at 100%.

If you can tolerate the lens changing, the 70-300mm AF-S VR (not the cheapo 70-300mm) should give you better telephoto quality, and for less money than the superzooms.

At t 745g it will be more front heavy than an 18-200mm, and less than an 18-300mm. With a light duty tripod head, it can be difficult to adjust, as the moment you stop supporting the lens after tightening the head, it will sag. A Manfrotto 804RC2 may be adequate.

If you can tolerate the weight a Manfrotto 808RC4 would be better.

The 580g 55-300mm is a tiny bit heavier than the 18-200mm. It's not bad, but autofocus accuracy is less reliable than the 70-300mm, and the corner sharpness of the 55-300mm is not as good.

Some report great results with the Tamron SP 70-300mm f4-5.6 VC USD. Tamron's good 70-300mm, not their cheapo. Some report disappointment. At 765g it's a little heavier than the Nikon 70-300mm, lighter than the 18-300mm.
