Where can I find an inexpensive Nikon lens?

I take amateur pictures for friends and family with my Nikon D60. Recently my favorite lens (my AF-S Nikkor 55-200mm) broke, and I'm looking for a new lens, preferably under $200.It does not need to be the exact same lens, but it needs to work for portraits.

For portraits, a 50 1.8 AF-S would be a good investment - the older $100 50 1.8 AF will not autofocus with your camera.
Either buy the 50 1.8 AF-S or another 55-200 VR - your choice.
Yes, the 50 is about 70 bucks over your budget, but its a great lens.

The lens you broke costs less than $200

And Taylor is correct, you should save your pennies for an AF-S 50 mm f/1.8 lens, $20 over your budget
