I bought a Nikon d7000 with lens in Vietnam and need to insure it, I'm on holiday here for the next 11 months can any one recommend an insurance company that will cover me whilst abroad and the purchase of my camera abroad
Added (1). Yes is there some thing wrong with that, but I can't find camera insurance being away from home the UK
Many photographers get a rider on their business liability policy.
The furthest I travel right now is into the Caribbean or Central and South America. I'm covered in those areas. If I travel to other continents, I may have to have a new rider written, but that has not come up yet.
Some amateurs add their cameras to their existing home owners insurance and stipulate how far the coverage extends.
