What will be a good tripod for shooting macro?

I'm looking for a tripod that will be good for shooting macro of insects and flowers. I will need a tripod which has a low minimum height (not mini of gorrilapod). I also intend to shoot wildlife with it. I think i would stick to slik or velbon as these are most abundantly available in my country. My budget is Rs3000 in india. I will use it with nikon d5100 with tamron 90mm macro or nikkor 70-300vr. Please advise.thanks
By the way, what is a grounder of a tripod? Does it helps in shooting macro? Does centre columned tripods are better?

Look for a tripod with an articulated center column. This type of tripod has a removable center column, that can be placed horizontally from the centerline of the tripod. This allows maximum flexibility in reaching the macro object.
I have a Benro Flexpod that works great for macro, but many different manufacturers make these so I'm not sure what is available in your country.
I'm including a youtube link from Benro that demonstrates the articulated center column better than I can describe it.
