What's a really nice digital camera?

I really want a digital camera for christmas but i don't know what type!
what i really want is the Nikon D3100 but its 700 dollars: P

just nothin over 200 dollars

Well frankly you're not going to find much worth having for $200. These are pretty cheaply made and I call them throw away because when the break, and they always do, they're not meant to be repaired.
You just throw it away and buy a new one.

If you want something worth having better start at at least $300 and go up from there.
