What kind of adapter do I need to connect the lens to a Nikon D3100?

I have 2 old lens that I would like to use on my Nikon D3100. Unfortunately, I'm not sure how to tell what type of lens adapter I need. The links below are photos of the lens:

The Yashica TL Electro used the M42 screw-mount so to use the lens from it you'll need an M42 to Nikon adapter.

There's no adapter I know of to allow using the Minolta Maxxum "A" mount lens on a Nikon.
