VG has a good list.

One other significant difference. The D7000 offers 14bit color. The D90 does not.

If you have the money to get them both, then I would get neither, and go with a full frame censor and get the Nikon D700. Or D3's.

In additon to VG's list, the D7000 has a magnesium alloy body with fairly good weather sealing (still… Don't use it in the rain or dunk it), while the D90 is only plastic.
