What camera is used to take these photos?

I love the way these shots are taken. The quality is really great, but I know there are some photos that look exactly like these but are taken with a film camera.
I'd like to know what DIGITAL camera or type of digital camera can be used to take these types of photos.
I tried looking at the photo's info on Flickr, but most users don't post what camera they used to take the shot.
One of them listed a Nikon D60, but I'm sure there are more digital/SLR cameras out there that also take these type of shots.
These are some of the links that display the pictures:

^^ Just to give an idea of what I'm talking about.
This may be a confusing explanation, but I hope it'll be clear.

There's nothing special about these snapshots.

Any dSLR could have shot them. In most cases even a common P&S camera could have done the job

Any modern Dslr or decent point and shoot could have taken those shots. There's certainly nothing special about them.

Straight forward answer… Any DSLR will do. I see a lot of post processing work. This isn't film age any more. A good digital program and the knowledge to use it well works out well… Check out this blog http://thephotolist.tumblr.com he shoots with a low end D5000 and D3000 but the photos come out so well…

I took that last picture.digital cameras are good but you can't expect to get the same results as you would with a film camera. The only way to get close to the way those pictures feel would be a lot of post processing, which I feel is kind of cheating… Anyway, that picture was taken with a $60 dollar Canon AE1. I recommend getting a camera similar to that one, and then buy some kodak film which you can get developed/scanned at your local cvs or walgreens.
