90's look in my photos?

Ok I'm trying to create a 90's look to my portraits as far as the tones and noise amount to use in photoshop but how else can I achieve this? I want that old school look somewhat and is there a site or something I can go on to get this affect?

It would help to answer your question with the most accuracy if you had links to images with the look you're going for.

In the 90s we had some pretty low noise film already. Colours varied widely. Kodak was popular for family snaps. Fuji for landscapes, pros used whatever they wanted.
