Taking advantage of a nikon d5100?

I just got my first dslr camera (nikon d5100) but since I'm new to all this, I think I'm not getting as much advantage from it as I could. I'm not in photography major obviously but I'm having a lot of fun with it. Do you guys know any good website where I can read some good tips, or watch tutorials, any blogger that has to do with this camera… Anything would help me a lot!
