Suggest me good monopod ot a rigg for my cinematography?

Hey guys please suggest me a good rig or a mono pod (whichever you feel is better) for cinematography, i use a D3100 and a AF Nikkor 50mm f/1.8D(manual focus), Nikkor 18-55mm 1:3.5-506G and a AF-S Nikkor 55-200mm1:4-5.6G ED

Try searching "tripod" then click the "shopping" button - or search "monopod"

If you want a monopod, look at Bogen or Gitzo. The Bogen 682 or the Gitzo P-Pod to be specific. Both have attachable legs to make a tripod, although not as steady as a real tripod. Both will support you and your gear without issue. The P-Pod can use two of the legs at the top end, allowing you to shoot very close to the ground. The P-Pos has it's own head attached, while the Bogen will have to have a head added. The Bogen is a good fit with their lower end video fluid heads.

As for a rig… There are so many options that it is hard to even guess.
