Polaroid Filters for Nikon?

So I was browsing Polaroid's website for old film and saw that they sell accessories such as filters, external flash unites and lenses… My question is, they are pretty cheap!
Would it be ok to use these products for my Nikon D5100 camera?

Polaroid is not known for quality products.

for filters, I say get a quality filter from B&W or Hoya
for flashes, Nikon speedlites are great. Metz is another good brand.
lenses- stick with Nikon
