Nikon vs Canon DSLR Battle

Please tell me which camera you think is better when comparing quality & price (bang for the buck). If you can provide justification, that'd be excellent as well!

1. Nikon D90 vs. Nikon D3100

2. Nikon D90 vs. Canon EOS 550D (T2i)

3. Nikon D7000 vs. Canon EOS 60D

4. Canon EOS 550D (T2i) vs. Nikon D3100

5. Nikon D3000 vs. Canon EOS 1000D (XS)

I like the prices on Canon, but once you get to higher ISOs, Canon's processor tries to blur the pixels to reduce the noise. =/ Is Nikon's EXPEED 2 image processor better than Canon's DIGIC 4 image processor?

My answer to all of those numbers is Pentax K-x.

At this time, Nikon is THE leader when it comes to low noise at high ISO's

Here is a sample from an old, old Nikon D300 shot at 3200 ISO. As you can see, the noise level even on this relatively old camera still out performs many of the newer Canon sensors

Perhaps more important is that you look at both the Canon and Nikon systems, top to bottom before you marry one them. Which ever one you choose, you will be living with it for the next few decades. Divorce can be an expensive thing, so spend a lot of time deciding which will be your ultimate choice

#3 Nikon D7000 hands down sure it's $100 more then the 60d but here what you get for that $100 that the 60D doesn't have
