I was wondering if there was a lead/cable that is available that would let me put pictures on my camera straight into my iPhone 5s?

Simply get an Eyefi memory card and you can wirelessly send your photos directly to your iPhone.
http://www.eyefi.com/ Only take a few seconds to download to your Mac and then out to the other phone. Nope. Would have to go on a computer, then iTunes & then iPhone or computer & emailed to iPhone. EyeFi?
