Nikon D3200, D5100, D5200 Which one to buy?
I'm deciding on what to buy between the Nikon D3200, D5100 or wait to the D5200 comes out in January, possible wait even longer than January. I really need some help to decide I was set on buying the D3200 before talking to a guy in PC World who told me I should buy a d5100 despite the smaller file size because it had a slightly bigger sensor and was more professional.

If you look at how much more advanced the Nikon D3200 is to the D3100, you may want to wait for the D5200
Here is what I'm talking about
The D5100 is an excellent camera. You can get a lot of details on this camera at http://www.d5100vsd7000.org/nikon-5100-features-and-reviews/
Hope that helps!
You can go with Nikon D3200. Nikon D3200 is good camera.
The PC World guy is wrong (which is why you should go to a camera store rather than a computer store to buy a camera).
The D3200 and D5100 are both entry level Nikons, and neither are considered professional. They have the same exact size sensor - although the number of megapixels for the D3200 are a bit more.
The pixel pitch in the sensor is a bit more in the D5100, which gives it a very slight low-light edge, but not that significant.
Until recently, I never recommended a D5100 as the extra $200 it costs over a D3100/D3200 means you are still getting an entry level camera, so it was not worth that extra cost. However, with the recent price cut (Nikon reduced the price by $200), the choice is now a toss up. I would buy the D3200 though because of it's new technology.
As for the D5200, that is at this point wild speculation. Nikon is replacing many of the DSLRs in it's line up, and replacing the D5100 will be last (as it was the most recent DSLR model prior to this year). So don't expect to see a D5200 (even if there ever will be one) until you see replacements for the D300 and D7000.
The only good rumor about any new Nikon DSLRs is the D600, with which most rumorologists give a 90% chance that it will be announced in Sep 2012 - possibly at Photokina. Nikon has already released three new DSLRs this year, and a fourth would already be unprecedented.
I would not expect to see a D5100 replacement - until Sep 2013 (or they might just drop the model).
