Nikon D3000 Error. Please suggest?

I have Nikon D3000.
Error: Press shutter release button again.
Yesterday I took a picture, it worked but then All of sudden my camera started showing the Error: Press shutter release button again. What should i do to fix this problem. I bought this camera 2009 October. I read somewhere Spray a SMALL amount of lubricant.
i want to know which lubricant is friendly for Camara plastics and Best lubricant for shutters? If you have idea than please suggest me.

I would recommend against spraying anything onto a shutter before asking a good camera shop how much a service would cost.

Is the battery well charged? If the battery is old or under-charged it might not be supplying enough current to make the camera work properly.

Take the battery out for 10 seconds or so and then try it again. That will reset the camera so if it's just a random electronic fault that might clear it.
